The number of Australians right now going "Oh God isn't it summer yet?" should have a massive effect on weather patterns.

When the critical density of optimistic teenagers in bikinis is reached the weather will have no option but to warm up significantly.

Well, I for one learnt nothing from being frozen and rained on yesterday. I"m wearing an almost not-there skirt and a light shirt and I INSIST that it is warm enough that this is reasonable.
