DEEP GLEE that you are in total lust with it, because omg, me too. Poor K has got several squee-filled emails over the last few days, mostly me going 'omg and then with the thing? and with -- and on -- and -- and -- and -- AND THEN I CRIED!!' Because that's about the level that I'm reduced to after watching an episode or two.

If you decide to download them, let me know and I'll get you a login to Demonoid, if you don't already have one - they have most of S1 up in HRHD, which is a much nicer way to watch than in the smaller size. (The files are about 700MB instead of 350.)

I love him more for his nutty sporting habits and our mutual woofer appreciation but he is also a shockingly sad geek.

I was never terribly inclined to squee either, and then I saw the last two eps of S1 and the first two eps of S2, and now my love for the show is so complete and overwhelming that it cannot be contained and I must talk about it to every single person that I see so that they will think that the show is great and start to watch it.

Seriously, it's an illness. I was doing real good until 1x12 and 1x13.

That said... You're aware that the mini and S1 are out on DVD already, yes? I'm just checking.

Oooh, cricketk bought the pilot yesterday and we sat up last night to watch.. was under the impression S1 is not available in WA yet... assuming it ever will be. I suspect this will end up being something I want to own.

S1 is only just available here, and only in certain stores for another three months, though it's been out in the UK for -- four or five months? Something like that. However, I've found that through the magic of Amazon.co.uk, you can own the series right this very second! And it won't have the irritating edited-out scenes that you have with the American version. Not that I am about thisclose to ordering it because I neeeeeeed it.
