I desperately want to do HR stats now - a classic annual retention chart for starters and one of those ones that tracks length of service.

Chairs stats would be different though, in back in 2009 I actively encouraged people to change every year to share the knowledge and build up a pool of people with the skills.
Whether they stayed with the Org would probably be a valid stat though.
66.67% of ex-Board members leave the Org.

Yes it would.
I was thinking a Committee Dashboard would be useful, where every committee does a ballpark 'ideal staffing' number and we compare to 'actual'
