I accidentally typed 'dead diary' and well, I've not been updating much.

• GP sanctioned experiment with meds to reduce headaches through reduced dosage aborted due to significant drop in ability to cope / give-a-damn. Sadness. The fact that headaches are now a normal part of my reality is no fun, would not mind having my libido back either, at least I think I wouldn't mind since how would I know?
• Arrow still enjoyable.
• Grimm still enjoyable.
• Read a metric ton of Teen Wolf fic.
• Gym a work in progress, left knee and left shoulder have issues that are being carefully worked around.
• Haircut! Am spiky in the morning and fluffy late at night. I keep trying to take the (now nonexistent) ponytail off in the hope it will stop the headache.
• Swept front yard and 1/3 of backyard = major achievement \o/

When I cut my hair short, oh, this many years past, I think I did something like wrapping (hot, slightly damp?) towels around my head to try and ease headaches that felt like they were 'had my hair tied up for too long'. Not sure if this is likely to help if yours are a side effect of meds, rather than a treating your body with insufficient respect (which was me at 20-something, where dehydration was a daily oops, and remembering to eat didn't imply eating actual meals).
