I'm not sure how many episodes I have as they arrived in some utterly charming packaging on disks and I have yet to watch them all but this is a treat.

The tale of Aulus Paulinus who is exiled to Chelmsford after insulting the Holy Roman Emperor's girlfriend (a mare called Portia). He is forced to take with him his loathsome brother-in-law Grasientus and contend with the local tribal leader Badvoc and his dreadful henchmen. A lot of the humour comes from abuse of the English language and I thoroughly approve.
