I didn't write up the last seminar (seminar 12) because it was very applied and mostly involved a lot of group discussion about culture. I did sit a 3 hour (and ten minutes) exam and had a moment of anxiety when I walked out 20 mins early after trying to find more things to say. Final results are in and the study paid off; I passed with a high distinction! *dances*

In review it was an excellent unit both in terms of how it was run and the content. I learned a lot and have been applying it busily to both my work and to OTW.

I have cautiously enrolled in three units for 2010 (one per trimester) which will get me to 4/12 of an MBA.

• Accounting (understand, interpret and use financial reports)
• Economic Management and Strategy (making informed decisions in an environment of economic risk and uncertainty)
• Ethical Dimensions of Organisations, Management and Leadership (dealing ethically with globalisation, constant change, technological advances, sustainability etc.) which is kind of the cherry on the top of the 2010 MBA cupcake

\o/ I'm grateful the ratio of ethics/leadership units in the course is as high as it is - balances out all the finance/accounting/marketing stuff nicely :)
