The Beta¹ version of the Archive of Our Own will be open for business at 10:00am UTC Sat 14th November.

We're steadily ramping up the number of users who are in turn uploading works and giving the servers a bit of a workout (and so far the servers are handling the load nicely).

I have ficced written the 2009 Chair's Report (I can only do it once a year, then I have to rest up). It is sort of fic and sort of multimedia historical reporting and, well, it makes me happy. So do you :)

We've been having Major Angst on our board of directors; I am deeply tempted to sneak a sparkly unicorn or two into the upcoming annual budget proposal.

Actually, I successfully landed us small grant last week, so we can has new brochure nao. *grin* Or, y'know, when I figure out how to get the board to stop being wanky and settle down and revise the vision statement so I can write the dang thing.
