My initial reaction to the new delicious

PRO

• Search works - Whee!
• Auto-complete now shows all tags (not just popular ones) - this is AWESOME
• Drill-down search in own account has auto-compete - this is GREAT
• Character counter for delicious bookmarking plug-in - is very cute
• New layout for bookmarks looks good - the three different views are appreciated
• New appearance of locked bookmarks looks good
• Character increase in Description field - this is good
• Search via right hand tag navigation more compact - much better than previous two column system
• Layout of Bookmark Tags - I didn't like this initially but have since decided I like it a lot, it's very easy to skim down visually
• 'Rename Tag' option will jump to the correct tag as you type - very nice to have
• 'Highlight tags already in another bundle' option is GREAT - it replaces the Greasemonkey script nicely
• The 'Sorted by' option is AWESOME - it also replaces the relevant Greasemonkey script nicely

CON

• Can’t find way to search AND edit continuously within own account – could we have a ‘search my stuff’’ option that doesn’t aggregate results
• Can’t find way to identify/manage unbundled tags – could we have the ‘unbundled tags’ option back?
• Auto-complete not sorting by most popular – could this be a preference?
• Page Resizing – the page width maxes at 1240 pixels – I work on two 22" monitors and this is way before I’m ready for it to max out
• Tag management navigation is a little confusing, is the ‘settings’ page the only way to find the ‘bundle tags’ option now?
• The different font sizes of Title, Description and Tags is a bit frustrating; I now get 3 reduces before it gets too small to see rather than 4 meaning it’s not as small as I used to get it and I can’t see as much on the page as a result.
• Search via right hand tag navigation – can’t close ‘Related Tags’
• Search via right hand tag navigation – doesn’t bundle ‘Related Tags
• 'Rename Tag' option no longer allows continuous renaming, have to click to keep renaming
• When trying to edit bundles I get a 'Warning: Unresponsive script' message; Stop script allows me to continue. This was always slow loading but errors are new.
• Can't edit bundles with large amounts of tags in them - 649 just says 'Done' then doesn't load
• It's a pain in the arse pasting a bunch of bookmarks into LJ - formatting just got a lot harder, I'll keep fiddling but at first glance it's now too annoying to retain the tag information.
