Talking to some guy who had an injured, unconscious seal and we were having one of those ‘tell me the problem, what do you need, do you have it, are you happy – hang on I think I have an expert who can help you’ conversations (I know this guy who did amazing things with an otter once) and then the seal suddenly woke up and it looked like everything was going to be OK.

This is a lot like my real job except with less marine mammals.

I don't trust Seals any more. I've seen what they do to Penguins.

What job wouldn't be improved by the addition of marine animals. Look at what ponyboy has doen for your workplace. I think you should try and get a walrus with a bucket for your office.

According to dream analysis seals are a representation of:

Cleverness, playfulness, imagination, creativity, and the ability to know when to rest.

Why is somebody elses sick and why are you trying to find out what it needs. How come you know an expert, and why does it suddenly get well/wake up and is fine?

I think we can safely assume it's my seal - I was sitting by it quietly worrying when it woke up - it was a great relief!
