I don't think it is a crime exactly, Maybe the author is Spanish and can't see the point in j's or maybe their j key is broken and b is the most sensible alternative, or maybe it is a new category of sentence that uses all but one of the letters, or maybe it's an illustration of mutation and it's evolving into something better? Quite grown foxes bump Jack over d'hazy log? (too many g's but not so many the's).
