I don't think it is a crime exactly, Maybe the author is Spanish and can't see the point in j's or maybe their j key is broken and b is the most sensible alternative, or maybe it is a new category of sentence that uses all but one of the letters, or maybe it's an illustration of mutation and it's evolving into something better?
