An afternoon in a mulberry tree

maharetr and I spent the afternoon in a mulberry tree with a bucket and a step-ladder and are now making mulberry syrup and planning mulberry and balsamic chicken.

When I tried to scrub them clean they turned blue ;-(

Soap does that to mulberry juice.

Those jeans will get dark blue smudges if you wash them in soap/detergent. Can be fun if you know what to expect.

I didn't know that - I'm used to it staining and taking forever to wash out and that's half the fun ;-)
