It's a gen story with alternate wincest chapters that in no way impact on your enjoyment of the story if you don't want to go there. Sam loses his sight in return for winning the final battle. Gentle and heartbreaking future that explores Sam, Dean and John. I like this for so many reasons and it always makes me cry.
