Wednesday lunches in the city (Perth)

It's City Food and Wine Month this March and various restaurants are doing special $15 lunches. Who wants to come?

Let myself or mynxii know on or before the Monday just before if you want us to book you a seat (2 days notice).

7th March: 185 Bar and Resturant (185 St Georges Tce). Variety of tapas-style treats, includes a glass of featured wine, cocktail or beer of the month OR Half a dozen oysters.

14th March: Tiger Lil's Tavern (437 Murray St). Hot and sour grilled calamari with asian coleslaw and a lime and coconut emulsion, served with asahi, chardonnay or merlot. OR $20 BBQ pork spare ribs on buckwheat noodle salad with thai basil, pickled ginger, cherry tomatoes.

Whee! I'll hopefully have accrued enough hours to have a Wednesday afternoon off in March, probably the 21st, although the BBQ pork ribs sounds fabulous...

I would love to come to these, but I can't be in Perth on Wednesdays this month (imminent cria arrival and carefully-planned-out schedule with my mother of who will be here when). They sound great.
