Car accident #4 follow up farce

So the 8:30-11:00 assessment booked for Lambert today that was booked last week for next week turned out to be *next week* and now we've cleared up the minor problem of them having my registration number wrong the only thing left to muff up was the fact it was a 15 minute appointment and I could have driven down this morning then driven home instead of having poor juffles escort me down this morning then drop me there again in his lunch break.

Taking the rest of the day off!
