I'm all conflicted. Sign-posting plot devices always annoys me but there was fighting and chasing and explosions and giant lizard riding and Ewan looks surprisingly good in a short dress. The tiny voice in the back of my head was unusually quiet except for the Yoda / Palpatine fight scene when it whispered "Crack-muppet" and it said that in Ep. II as well.
