Now that I know what a Graham Cracker is and what you can do to one when you have some lindt chocolate and a bag of marshamallows my life will never be the same again. I'm getting diabetes just remembering last night. Thank you to [profile] vegetariansushi for enabling us. You bad, bad woman.

In other news, washed clothes, walked around lake Monger, didn't get fined by the ranger for dogs off leash, bought five chairs for the dining room that have the incredible quality of not falling apart, got a wireless keyboard [loves] and spent some happy hours talking science over lunch. I also visited my beloved brother and had a long and lovely time catching up over very weak coffee as he has no teabags.

I win at life.

In retrospect, I should've sent the less-sweet kind of cracker. I bought the kind with the 'sparkly sugar' on them becuase Maura likes them, but I prefer the plain ones. They also have chocolate ones, but that's clearly wrongheaded. I'm pleased that you liked them, though. I can only eat them maybe twice a year, but I do sort of love them.

No, these were great! Given the textural similarity, I now want to try s'mores made of poptarts :)

The sugar high was/and forever will be awesome.
*hugs*

HA. Here, we actually have s'mores flavoured poptarts. I still have a pile of things (biscuit mix, pudding mix, taco-seasoning mix...) that I need to mail when I have the cash. I'll have to buy a box of s'mores poptarts and stick them in, too.

[livejournal.com profile] ascetic_hedony was the person who had seconds!

They were great! I new wish to have other desserts containing hot marshmallows.

I'll have to look for some -- I know that I have other dessert recipes that involve marshmallows. If I find them I'll send them your way.

I think I'll make banana splits!

Given the price of bananas right now it will feel even more sinful.

I'd just like to second [livejournal.com profile] ascetic_hedony's vote of approval for your biscuit selection. The end result was indeed awesome :)

Oh no, those biscuits were devine!

They almost didn't last long enough to make s'mores!

prk.

Have you forgiven me for cleaning the crumbs off the bench?

Ooooh I love s'mores!!! I remember I had them a few years ago and they were delicious!! Thanks for the idea. Now I know what to bring to the next girls' night in that I have with my friends.

Is there a place you can get the biscuits here?

Not that I know of. But when my friends and I made them years ago we used those Arnotts Milk Arrowroot ones and they were fine. You know the oval shaped biscuits?

That would work! The ones we got sent were made - as far as I can tell - from 90% cinnamon sugar.
