What an awesome and awful thing to do to an audience, little snippets of footage from The Resistance in 10 chunks building up to the release of Season 3. SciFi.com you marketing fiends you.
I expect issues of resistance, collaboration, redemption, Higher Powers and anything else we can throw into the mix.
Jammer tries to gently recruit Duck for the Cause, Tigh is organising the Resistance and the Chief seem to be in it up to his neck.
Babies and the planning of more babies seems to abound with Jammer joking about meeting a nice lady, Duck is planning one with Nora and Cally and the Chief have an infant in arms. They desperately need babies but it's interesting to have it so high profile after the lack of emphasis on reproducing on the Fleet. I assume it's a response to having a home, however blighted by the Cylon presence it may be.
My impression based on Lay Down Your Burdens, Part 2 was that the Cylons have come up with some sort of Plan before deciding to impose themselves on humanity once again and I'm betting it has to do with redemption.
They have built a jail, imposed a curfew and, if Jammer is correct, have shot at least one person for hoarding weapons.
Tigh is insisting they store the remaining weapons at the Chief's, even though the baby is there as well. I'd like to believe it's a cunning ruse to trick the Cylons into thinking they'd never do something so stupid but I suspect it's just Tigh being... Tigh.
