Physiotherapy always seems to be about the pain, one side goes 'Oh ticklish', the other side goes 'Oh crap' and after two minutes and the application of the pointy side of a determined elbow it got horribly confused and started shrieking 'Hot! Pain! Cold! Badness!.
On the plus side now have more nifty strips of rubber to play with.
