My vehicle is not sufficient for my needs; I need tractor beams and disintegration rays that produce coruscating death beams of indescribable violence*.

I hung back from the evil statesman that wanted its lane, my lane, the curb and the fender of the car next to it. I thought I’d cleverly lost it when I stopped at some lights and let it weave on ahead, but it ambushed me later when it pulled out of a bus lane and sneakily tried to ram me. Oh the fear.

Driving to work and not reading on the train has unexpected benefits: the sunrises! It’s incredible, especially the bit where the sun rises over Perth and the UWA bell tower.

* Reading E.E. Doc Smith has not affected my brain... much.
