I had a look, and they want someone who represents a NFP to provide details of how many women work for them, and at what level, rather than the individual women who work for a NFP to complete the survey themselves, so I think it is not for me. But I will forward it to the current head of trading who I believe is the only woman executive in the org (there are 3 executive officers, so one out of three is not so bad).
