Dear Show, good title choice, loved the episode, was creepily uncomfortable several times. Felt it worked well as a stand-alone but I find it difficult to reconcile with canon.

Dear John, you schizophrenic bastard. How on earth did you manage to play happy families with Adam whilst simultaneously rejecting Sam and abandoning Dean. I love you so much you complicated, complicated man. It's a bit disturbing how casually Dean referred to you getting around, I had you pegged as more of an obsessive one-woman kind of guy and now I want Jo to be another half-Winchester even more than I did back in S2.

Dear Sam, I weep for the hope and faith you no longer have and look forward to you becoming steadily darker and more obsessed. I particularly like the parallel between ghouls drinking your tainted blood and you drinking Ruby's - it's not looking good babe. Does your demon-fu not work on ghouls?

Dear Dean, your insight into Sam's development as a person and your relationship with John have come a little late to spare you and for that I am sorry. You were awesome, you totally called this episode. Do you ever win at Rock, Paper Scissors? Do you even try? I love it that you got picked as having that law enforcement vibe and were all competent and dedicated. I also really liked the way you got out of the crypt and later bashed poor Ghoul_Adam's head in. *cough* also, watching you wake up in the car.. priceless.

Dear Adam, sorry mate, to be a Winchester is to know suffering and pain. Nice casting choice, good face.
