I have been involved in change management at both of my most recent jobs and so I read The Cheese Story about 4 years ago...

I told Kaili about it - I might have raved a bit, but I like the little mice anaology ... - so she bought me a Cheese Desk Calendar thingy.

Every day I rip off a new page to find some new insight into managing change...

And since my life is constantly about change this year... it was an even more fitting gift :)
