The curry recipe for [profile] mynxii

2 x sliced onions - fry in a small amount of oil.
1 x tablespoon curry paste (Patak Original; Mild) - add when onions are going soft.
1 x kg cubed chicken/lamb/beef - add when paste is fragrant (actually you'll inhale and nearly choke to death)
1 x large can chopped tomato OR 1 x random jar of salsa dip - add when chicken is sealed.
[optional] 6 x diced fresh tomatoes and a swig of cider vinegar if it needs more liquid - add immediately after other tomato products.
Simmer for 30 minutes with lid on, take lid off, reduce until happy with the consistency.
Ideally serve with a good plain yoghurt on the carbohydrate of your choice.
