Again - I am unspoiled adn I am terrible at guessing these things. Angst is assured tho, even I can guess that ;) I think Dean may have to make a choice between Sam and John somehow. I think the words 'whats' dead should stay dead" will come back to haunt him. Sam will do something to try and prevent Dean having to make a terrible choice.
