Great weather for a picnic in Kings Park, the little speech about 'our sponsors' included such memorable lines as "watch out for the kookaburra stealing your dinner - they are partial to chicken and pork pies" and "in case of bush fires our handy staff will escort you to safety" which made me feel very Australian.

The play was funny, well acted and I enjoyed it a lot. I acknowledge that it's not one of his greatest plays but the cast was solid and it ended up on what looked a lot like a bollywood scene which I am susceptible to.

We also snuck off in the intermission to jog up the DNA tower to watch the comet. Oh how I love the comet.
