Anita is afriad she is pregnant and with six possible fathers, not to mention motherhood on the horizon there are decisions to be made.
Richard is living, as always, in his own little world, He may be in therapy but when he tries to convince Anita that being pregant means she has to give up her lifestyle and job, move in with him, get married and become a housemummy you can tell it hasn't worked. Oh Richard, Richard, Richard you dork.
Nathaniel asserted himself a lot more, making it clear that he is one of Anita's partners and should be acknowledged as such. He and Micah point out to Richard that he is an idiot, has to pay Anita loves them and that they are perfectly happy to raise a baby and support Anita's choices.
Anita's multiple were-strains all consider breaking loose and she further breaks Richard's heart by indicating she doen't want to be a wolf and would rather be a leopard. Of course it's never simple and she needs a spare of each strain around to keep her beasts under control.
The Master Vampire ballet is on town and even when Masters are 'friends' they still have to play mind games and try to fuck each other up. Aggie makes a mistake though when he tries to roll Anita and his magical ability to make people love him pulls him, Anita, and Jean-Claude into a mutually depentant situation. What a pity for him that neither Anita nor Jean-Claude are any good at giving in to the tuggings of their heart-strings.
