Archive of Our Own - AD&T weekly meeting

7 am again, evil machine doesn't like one of my HDD and refuses to boot 4 times in 5 - new HDD due on Friday *disables evil device*

1. We're looking for CSS people! There will be moral support and a variety of different tasks so if you've got some skills and you'd like to help make the AO3 beautiful, come and volunteer :)
2. Co-location, still plugging away, looks like our second choice may become our first choice and we're checking out some other alternatives as well.
3. Test has all the new fixes on it now - we're now in the phase where the Test Archive gets lots of attention from the Testers and the Coders pet their new code and stare wistfully from the sidelines (I lie, during the code freeze the next round of fixes keep right on coming, they just doesn't get deployed to Test).
4. Invitations - with Coders now (which means I should get busy on my next design project and start drafting the Admin interface for Abuse *has been busy*
5. Collections & Challenges - the scenarios people gave us is now all collated and feeding into the first round of design-work.
6. New Front Page for Open Beta - we'll need one - we're working up different designs! We get feedback that says some people have trouble distinguishing Dreamwidth from the Archive of our Own project so we're keeping that in mind.
7. Next week is ALL-OTW meeting but AD&T need to meet too so we're going to have it straight after - 4 hours of meetings is going to be a little draining I fear.
