Razzle Dazzle: A Journey Into Dance

A mockumentary on competitive dance in Australia. Funny and painful with caricatures of some terribly recognisable personality types.

Ben Miller plays Mr. Jonathon, the gentle hearted dance instructor and choreographer trying to make the world a better place by incorporating social commentary into his routines. Love the goth costumer who communicates through song.

Henry V

Is a lot funnier than I realised and also 'Harry' is a right bastard. Young Henry gets sent off to war on the French by the Bishop to distract him from taxing the church. He conquers by 'divine right' and takes princess Catherine as his prize - pitched as a love match for what I hope are reasons of irony.

The New Fortune Theatre was a new experience - the UWA peacocks have claimed it as their sleeping niche so we watched the play to surreptitious shuffling along the rails as they tried to sleep and avoid us at the same time.
