Snorkling and the (inevitable?) aftermath

psycho_tabby enthused and I enthused back, enthusiasm temporarily interrupted by not being able to find my mask but I left a message on juffles' mobile possibly consisting of "Fuck!" which helped. Used a pair of swimming goggles instead; side effects meant I could see TWICE as many fiskies. Really.

Wind had come up a bit and visibility was down to about six meters but was good fun.

Lost car + house keys and key ring of somewhat high sentimental value. Am hoping someone will hand it in to the Cott. surf club - have left them a sketch, desc and my telephone number. ascetic_hedony came to my rescue with my spare car keys so all was not lost (my hero). Saga of figuring out what my home telephone number was, was frankly embarrassing.
