TKD, Twelfth Night, MUDs and puzzles.

Went back to TKD on Thursday for the first time in almost a year then got all excited and went on Saturday too. Just as well; warmed up everything that went into shock on Thursday. It’s great to be back, am all insecure on account of probably having forgotten everything I know which resulted in some amusing shuffling as we usually arrange ourself in order of seniority and I wasn’t feeling particularly senior. It’s going to take a little time to get back up to speed, have bruise on left elbow called Emmanuel, slightly sore shoulders and a humbling amount of things to practice.

Twelfth Night was most enjoyable. Why, oh why did we do the tragedies in high school when we could have been doing the comedies? I admit a bunch of 16 year olds sniggering ceaselessly would have been a strain but more people would have had fun.

Am reunited with ZombieMud which I can’t really see improving my life but does make me very happy. Spent a cheerful hour going through my collection of weird crap from when I used to play a lot. Have a magnificent virtual stuffed bear collection. Caught up with a bunch of people I’ve never met and was abused for my interest in role-playing a druid. [sigh]

juffles cracked last years Christmas present from his sister so we’ve a jigsaw puzzle on the library table which has us crouched, mumbling over it late at night. Curse you MC Escher.
