- The IKEA trip resulted in 2 hours of assembling, a small amount of cursing and deep gratitude I am ambidextrous enough to switch out the tools when one hand got tired. My stuff is organised!
- Played rather a lot of Battleheart on the iPad
- Spent most of the weekend either working on my next assignment or avoiding working on my next assignment
- I discovered our scanner will do multiple photos at once and knows to save them as separate images. Whee! I have scanned over 250 images from the family photo albums (which reside in a large shoebox most of the time) and will continue to work on them. I’ve been meaning to do this for ages.

fandom_joints for discussing the tribulations of home repairs, geeking out over tools and dipping in for the first time. - Operation Queer Feminist Housing Collective has progressed further. We went through half of the legalese in the Co-Ownership contract and will hopefully do the other half next time we meet - there was much laughter and discussion about how we’ll handle things. We made it easier by substituting ‘Martian’ for ‘Co-Owner’ when we read it out loud.
