Wendy, work and Michelle West.

Puppy-sitting Wendy: The holes are easy enough to fill in, and the training gear ripped off the line inside the shed for safekeeping was only dirty not damaged and the on-going wrestling match is frequently hilarious as is [livejournal.com profile] ascetic_hedony’s sotto voice commentary. I'm trying to resist the urge to perform grooming experiments on Wendy's tufts... would it respond to conditioner? Am rethinking plan to own two woofers: work is not doubled, it's quadrupled due to 'egging each other on' factor.

Work: Am fortunate to have a job I genuinely enjoy doing and there was so much to enjoy this week... Oh my god it was busy, and so much of it was stoopid[0]. I ran away early-ish on Friday leaving a massive list of things to follow up on Monday.

Reading: Have retrieved the six book Sun Sword series by Michelle West from my remote storage location [livejournal.com profile] cricketk's bookshelves and shoe boxes and re-read them all. It was good. Again.

He: My computer, it is broken!
Me: Show me your broken-ness.
Us: Waiting...
Us: Waiting more..
He: It was really broken.. lots and lots.
Me: Computers perform differently when two people watch them - this is because of quantum.
He: ...
Me: My work here is done! [swishes cape, exeunt stage left leaving behind bewildered employee]

LMAO! That is so true. Along with the law that all flat spaces (floor, table, desk surface) attract crap. It's physics. *nods firmly*
