I desperately want to do HR stats now - a classic annual retention chart for starters and one of those ones that tracks length of service.

Volcom might have it, and I'd think it's critical for StratPlan.

Chairs stats would be different though, in back in 2009 I actively encouraged people to change every year to share the knowledge and build up a pool of people with the skills.

Whether they stayed with the Org would probably be a valid stat though.

Even the chairs who stayed with their committee would be interesting.

I was thinking a Committee Dashboard would be useful, where every committee does a ballpark 'ideal staffing' number and we compare to 'actual'

Though, some committees, that needs to be a dynamic number. (Tags, Abuse, Support, arguably Coders...)
