Is this essentially a clever way of saying your foot will be in your mouth (well, being conveyed by your face, one presumes in your mouth as opposed to being balanced on your nose, then again, I wouldn't trust you not to)?

I was assuming said foot may just belong to a hypothetical person who assumed that:
a) She was insulting them in an unfamiliar language.
b) The sneer was insulting, and should be forcibly removed through application of a foot.
